Possible Replacement for GE 4860 Military Grade Lamp

There are a lot of requests for this lamp with waterproof leads. Wagner does not ship this lamp with leads. Leads are an aftermarket addition. A common rumor is that the -1 in 4863-1 means the lamp has leads. This is not correct. These lamps come from Wagner printed 4863-1 and do not have leads. When leads are added the same printing is on the back as when Wagner delivered the lamps without leads. We do not have a source for these lamps with leads.
