International Shipping Information

Products that have shopping carts include shipping calculators starting with the "add to cart" button. To calculate shipping go to the page that has your product, hit the "add to cart" button, enter your quantity, country and zip code, and hit the "update cart" button. Select your shipping preference from the drop down menu and hit "update cart" again if you changed your shipping preference from the default shipping method presented.

Orders using USPS services typically ship the same day or the next day after you place your order. Orders shipped with UPS Ground, Three Day Ground Track and International Standard shipping to Canada that are in house by 3:00 PM EST ship the same day. UPS Next Day Air packages, Two Day Air packages and International Express shipping received before 4:00PM EST ship the same day. These shipping schedules only apply to products in stock.

In 2019 USPS Priority Mail ranges from $8.20 to $9.50 for a one pound package up to $50.00 in value to the USA, territories of the USA and APO addresses. The actual rate depends on your delivery zip code. For packages over one pound or over $50.00 in value please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not ship high value packages with USPS so USPS may not be an option for all purchases. USPS packeges now have day specific delivery. Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

The criteria for calculating UPS shipping involves destination, speed of service, insurance rates and whether it is a residential or commercial delivery. UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses. A physical address is required.
