Relamping Instructions:
• Turn off power
to avoid electrical shock.
• Wait for lamp to cool to avoid skin burns.
• Bi-pin base will be damaged if you do not pull the
old lamp straight out and push the new lamp straight into the socket.
• Socket contact may affect lamp life, replace if
deterioration or discoloration is observed. You may be able to use the QLV-1 or QCX-34 socket for some applications.
• For proper lamp operation and safety use only in
equipment designed for this lamp type.
