Shipping InformationThe shipping rates and delivery schedule are subject to change without notice. Most products ship the same operating day or the next operating day depending on the time of day your order is received. Generally orders received before 2PM on a day of operation ship the same day. We operate Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM Eastern Time excluding holidays. See holiday table below. Shipping of the product can be delayed for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: bad weather, address questions, stock availability, power outages, internet outages Once shipped delivery of the product can be delayed by bad weather, mis-routed packages, holiday or post-holiday volume, address issues, etc. Products that have shopping carts include shipping calculators starting with the "add to cart" button. To calculate shipping go to the page that has your product, hit the "add to cart" button, enter your quantity, country and postal code, and hit the "update cart" button. Select your shipping preference from the drop down menu and hit "update cart" again if you changed your shipping preference from the default shipping method presented. We ship with UPS and USPS services. We do not ship on customer shipping accounts. USPS has no guaranteed delivery day. USPS may state a number of days expected for delivery which is an estimate. USPS does not count Sunday's in their delivery day estimate. USPS international mail has no guaranteed delivery time and no guaranteed tracking. We have no control over USPS packages when they enter the postal system of another country. UPS has guaranteed delivery days. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday in the delivery days. The exception is if you are paying for Next Day Air Saturday shipping which is a premium price over Next Day Air delivery. UPS Next Day Air packages shipped on Friday deliver the following Monday unless affected by a holiday. If UPS makes a mistake we can file a claim for a shipping refund. If there is a delay beyond the control of UPS, such as a weather or customs delay, that voids the delivery guarantee preventing a delivery failure claim from being filed. UPS sometimes extends delivery day promise times during the holidays. UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses, a physical address is required. In rare cases we may change the shipping option selected. This is only done in cases where the service you selected will not deliver and the alternate service is equal to or better than the service selected. For example a heavy or large package may prevent shipment in the USPS system and UPS may be selected as an alternative. Any taxes and fees imposed in other countries on international shipments are additional and collected at delivery. We do not collect or pay taxes and fees in other countries. We do not under-value packages to avoid taxes and fees. Please do not ask us to under-value packages for customs.
